MISSION STATEMENT

F.R.A.N.K. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization that provides emergency and basic needs items to those in alcohol and drug recovery.  By receiving ongoing support, we believe recovering addicts maintain their sobriety which enables them to re-enter society, contributing with confidence and dignity.

HISTORY

On July 13th, 1990, Frank Parisi declared his independence from drugs and alcohol.  In his twenty years of sobriety, he dedicated his life to helping others do the same without discriminating against gender, race or addiction.  He passed away in March 2010 after a six month battle with esophageal cancer.

The Parisi family and close friends created the F.R.A.N.K. organization in 2013 to continue his charitable acts for those in recovery.

WHY, WHAT and HOW?

We believe that recovering addicts continue their recovery and are able to re-enter society as confident, contributing members by receiving ongoing support.  Assistance with basic needs items allows them to continue their restoration to the community with dignity. Through a process that protects a recipient's anonymity and regulates the number of disbursements they receive, F.R.A.N.K distributes funds for groceries, various household items, clothing and other unforeseen life circumstances.  No cash will be given.  F.R.A.N.K. is, and will forever remain, a volunteer run organization.  100% of all donations received go directly to those in need.
